Janice developed an animated passion for nature while growing up in the sunny bubble of Irvine, CA. Inspired by everything from hiking, nature, the cosmos, and her staggering obsession with Calvin and Hobbes, Janice's work explores the relatable humor and tragedy of everyday life. In addition to escorting banana peels into the garbage can during a stint as a movie theater custodian, Janice also had a host of rewarding professional experiences through studio and freelance work. In addition, on Fridays she likes to volunteer at a local food shelter and serve some righteous meals. You'll usually find her skateboarding around the neighborhood, hiking mountains, or strumming peacefully away at her guitar.
